About the Graph: Latitude vs. Wind Speed

In this plot, we are comparing the wind speed to the latitude. Something to note is that it appears that regardless of latitude the wind speed tends to be 10 mph or below. Though from latitude -20 and lower the plot points are not as grouped compared to 20 and higher. That can however be due to having less data on the southern hemisphere.
